The reality on match day

Sound familiar?

Home-grade kit can’t cover a whole ground or hold thousands of phones at once. WiFi for a sports venue is different — big open spaces, steel and concrete, outdoor runs and huge match-day spikes. These are the problems we fix.

Questions clubs & venues ask us

High-density WiFi is wireless designed for large numbers of people connecting at once — the opposite of a home router. At a football or rugby ground thousands of phones try to join the network within minutes, so we use enterprise access points, careful channel planning and load balancing to keep everyone online through peak match-day demand.
Yes. We survey the entire site — stands, concourses, hospitality boxes, turnstiles, offices and car parks — then design coverage that reaches all of it. Outdoor and mesh access points handle the open areas, while structured cabling and switching tie everything back to a single managed network.
Courses are large and spread out, so we use weatherproof outdoor access points and long-range point-to-point links to carry the network from the clubhouse out to distant greens, halfway houses and the pro shop. That keeps GPS, tee-time systems, EPOS and member WiFi working right across the course.
That’s exactly what a high-density design is for. We size the access points and internet connection around your peak attendance, separate spectator traffic from your operational systems, and monitor the network live so tills, turnstiles and card payments keep working when demand spikes.
Yes. We can deploy a branded captive portal so spectators sign in with an email or social login — giving you marketing opt-ins and useful footfall insight, all GDPR-compliant. Guest traffic stays completely separate from your tills, CCTV and back-office systems.
We design and install with Ubiquiti UniFi — enterprise-grade access points, switches and gateways trusted for high-density and outdoor deployments. It’s centrally managed and monitored, so we can see the whole site at a glance and scale it as your venue grows.
We do the whole job — structured Cat6 and fibre cabling, switching, PoE, weatherproof mounting and outdoor links, then configuration and testing. One accountable partner from survey to sign-off, rather than juggling separate cabling, networking and support firms.
We work with sports venues UK-wide, and we’re based in Yorkshire with particularly strong local coverage around Harrogate, Leeds, Wetherby and York. Wherever your ground or course is, we’ll arrange an on-site survey and installation.
