Product deactivated – Microsoft 365

One of the most frequent Microsoft 365 issues we deal with is a notice informing the user that Microsoft 365 has been deactivated and their subscription has expired. Below we discuss how to solve the issue.

If of course your subscription has expired and you need to renew your Microsoft 365 applications please get in touch and we can sort the renewals for you.

  2. Click “Reactivate” or “Sign in”
    Microsoft 365 - Reactivate
    Microsoft 365 - Sign in
Microsoft 365 - Sign in to set up Office
  3. Sign in to your Microsoft 365 account
    Microsoft 365 - Activate Office
  4. Click “Accept”
    Microsoft 365 - Accept licence
